President Joe Biden on Friday spent more than an hour on a Zoom call with family members of the 14 Americans still unaccounted after the Hamas attacks in Israel, said the White House’s principal deputy press secretary, Olivia Dalton. “The president conveyed directly to these families that they have been in his prayers and reaffirmed that the U.S. government is doing everything possible to locate and bring home their loved ones,” she told reporters during a briefing.
